Führung mit der Kuratorin Magdalena Vuković

Kuratorin Magdalena Vuković vom Photoinstitut Bonartes führt am 29. Jänner durch die Ausstellung Der große Bruch. D’Oras Spätwerk.
Die Ausstellung Der große Bruch. D’Oras Spätwerk zeigt Arbeiten der österreichischen Fotografin Dora Kallmus, die 1907 als erste Freu ein eigenes Fotostudio in Wien eröffnet hat. Ihre Kundschaft umfasste alle, die Rang und Namen hatten, Gustav Klimt, Arthur Schnitzler wurden ebenso von ihr porträtiert wie Anna Sacher oder Otto von Habsburg. Die Ausstellung legt einen Fokus auf ihr Spätwerk nach 1945 und zeigt Bilder, die unter anderem in den Pariser Schlachthöfen oder in Flüchtlingslagern entstanden sind.
