Cancellation of bookings
If a booked tour or workshop cannot be attended, the tour or workshop can be canceled free of charge up to two working days before the date.
We ask for your understanding that if you do not cancel on time, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour or workshop tariff for the number of people registered, but at least € 20.

Public transport

The tram stop of line 3 and line 5 on Schloßbergplatz/Murinsel is located right next to the main entrance of the GrazMuseum.

Parking

The nearest public parking lots (blue zone) are located at Kaiser-Franz-Josef-Kai No. 18, as the Sackstraße is only partially accessible for cars.
