In the GrazMuseum’s archive you find both the “Andorfer Estate”—an extensive archive of buildings in Graz—and the museum’s collection of illustrated postcards, which comprises about 8,000 views of Graz, as well as historical city maps. Along with this, the archive also hosts the museum’s collection of graphics: Here, you also find works of contemporary artists and artists’ estates beside old views of the city.
The library offers above all publications about Graz and Styria, among these also topographical works from the 19th century. You can find catalogues of exhibitions throughout Austria and other parts of the German-speaking world as well as alphabetically arranged catalogues of individual artists.
